Joining the practice.
Becoming a patient here is straightforward. You get in touch, we take a few details and we find you an appointment. This page explains the rest, so there are no surprises on the day.
Three steps, and then an appointment.
- 1
Get in touch
Call the practice, send the contact form or message us on WhatsApp. Whichever suits you, it reaches the same team.
- 2
We take some details
Your name, how to reach you, anything that is bothering you at the moment and whether you have seen a dentist recently.
- 3
We book you in
We agree a time that fits around your working day, and we tell you what the appointment will involve before you arrive.
There is no long registration process to work through before you can be seen. If you would rather ask a question first, that is fine too. You can see what we offer on our treatments page.
A short list, nothing complicated.
- Your medication
Details of anything you take regularly, including the dose if you know it.
- Relevant medical history
Conditions, allergies and anything a clinician would want to know before treating you.
- Previous records
Old notes or x rays if you have them and can get hold of them easily. If not, do not worry.
An examination, a conversation and a written plan.
We start by asking what brought you in and how you have got on with dental care in the past. Then we examine your teeth, gums, bite and the soft tissues of your mouth, and take images where they help us show you what we are describing.
You leave with a written plan setting out what we found, what your options are and the order we would suggest doing things in. You are not asked to commit to treatment on the day. Take the plan home, read it and ask us anything before you decide.
Private patients and NHS exempt patients.
We welcome private patients and NHS exempt patients. If you are unsure which applies to you, mention it when you get in touch and we will talk it through before you book, so you know where you stand from the start.
Where we are and when we are open.
Address
108 to 110 Harrow Manor Way, London, SE2 9FL
Opening hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:30. We are closed between 13:00 and 14:00 for lunch.
Before you get in touch.
Do you have space for new patients?
Yes, we are welcoming new patients. The simplest way to start is to call the practice or send us your details through the contact form, and we will let you know the next available appointment.
How soon can I be seen?
It depends on the diary at the time you get in touch. If you are in pain or something has broken, say so when you contact us so we can look at the earliest options first.
Do I need my old dental records?
They are helpful but not essential. If you can get recent notes or x rays from your previous dentist easily, bring them. If not, we will examine you and build the picture from there.
What if I am nervous about coming in?
That is very common and it does not change how you will be treated. Our page for nervous patients explains how a first visit works and the small things that help.
Do you see children?
Yes. We see children as well as adults, and we are happy to book families together where the diary allows it.
Ready to join us?
Send us a few details or pick up the phone. We will take it from there.
